Andrea G. Barthwell, M.D., F.A.S.A.M., is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of EMGlobal. Dr. Barthwell is respected as a leading addiction medicine physician and public health policy expert. She previously served as Deputy Director for Demand Reduction of the Office of National Drug Control Policy and is a former president of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
